Payment

Payment is made by using the "Add to Basket" button under each item. Payment can be made via credit or debit card or with a PayPal Account. You can add more than one item to your basket and you can change your order before submitting it.

 

Delivery Times

All items are currently made to order and most projects take several hours to complete. When your order has been received, you will get an e-mail aknowledgement (as long as you have provided your e-mail address) with an estimated despatch date. You will receive another e-mail once the item has been sent. If, when you receive the acknowledgement, it is clear that the item will not arrive in time for you please let us know straight away so that we can either try and meet your timescales or refund you for the item.

 

Customisation

The colours of all cards and gifts are subject to change. If you would like a particular colour used on a card, please use the "Customise" box under the card that you would like to order to specify the colour that you would like and, if appropriate, where on the card you would like it used.

We do not accept responsibility for customised items. We are happy to make cards to your specifications but will not be responsible for the finished item. We will endeavour to advise if we believe that the chosen colours will not work well together but the ultimate decision is yours and you accept responsibility for that. Customised items are non-refundable.
