Payment
If you use the Add to Basket buttons, payment can be made via credit or debit card or with a PayPal Account. You can use this option even if you don't have a PayPal Account.
If you prefer to pay offline by cheque then please use the Alternative Order Form. Please note that orders being paid for in this way will not be despatched until the cheque has been received.
Special Requirements
If you would like specific colours used or would like a specific message added to the card then please use the Alternative Order Form. This does mean that payment will be via cheque.
These bands are made on a beading loom. You can send me an e-mail of a design you would like and I will make it up for you. Please note that I will not reproduce anything that is copyrighted or trademarked.
If you would like to order one of these bands, please send an e-mail to order@miacrafts.co.uk and attach a photo of the design you would like. I will transfer the design to a grid with no obligation and contact you before I proceed with making the bracelet. If I have been unsuccessful in transferring the design I will let you know as soon as possible.
You may also supply the design already in a grid and I will make the bracelet to your pattern - but I will not be responsible for the end result! I will make the bracelet exactly to the design you supply and payment will be required even if you do not like the resulting design (not every design works well).
If you wish to proceed with the order then you can either mail a cheque to me or use the Add to Basket button on the website to pay online.
Bracelets are made to two sizes : child and adult and are modelled on myself and my daughter! If you wish to ensure that a bracelet fits exactly then you will need to supply a wrist measurement.
All bracelets are sewn onto ribbon and fastened with pop studs unless otherwise specified or requested. If you would like certain colours to be used, please submit this information with your design.
Data Protection
Mia is not registered under the Data Protection Act. Any personal information supplied on the forms on this site will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling the request submitted to Mia.
"Company" Status
Mia is not registered as a Company and does not trade as such. Mia is a hobby and will only enter into Personal/Private transactions. The name Mia has been derived from my Christian Name and is not intended to encroach upon other businesses who may be trading under, or who have products ranges, that are named in the same way.
Delivery Times
Please give me as much notice as possible to fulfil your order. Most projects take several hours to complete and there may be jobs in front of yours with higher priority. I will endeavour to meet all specified dates and will inform you as quickly as possible if I am unable to do so.
General
If I deliver an item too late you may either accept the item and continue with the transaction or return the item for a refund.
Once I have received your order, I will contact you as soon as possible to acknowledge your requirements.
I will supply you with an order/invoice and receipt of payment
Eventually I hope to have a small stock of all items.
